The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has today Friday 29-01-2016 refused the bail application of leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra and director of Biafran Radio, Nnamdi Kanu. Kanu is standing trial for treasonable offences filed against him by the Federal government.\"3\"<\/p>\n

Justice John Tsoho in his ruling today said Kanu should be remanded in prison until his trial, because he was a threat to national security and since he has dual citizenship, could jump bail.<\/p>\n
